Common questions
Which iPhones does bbcam work on?
Any iPhone that runs iOS 26, which means iPhone 11, iPhone SE (2nd generation) and newer. bbcam is iPhone only.
Do I need an account?
No. bbcam uses the iCloud account already on your iPhone. Without iCloud, the app still works but your videos are kept only on that phone and aren't backed up.
How much iCloud storage does it use?
A typical at-bat reel is around 20 MB. Videos are saved to your own iCloud, so they count against your iCloud storage plan. If your iCloud is full, bbcam keeps new videos on your phone and backs them up once there's room.
How do I share a player with family or a coach?
Open the player, tap Share, and invite people by Messages, email or link. You choose whether each person can only watch or can also film and edit. Only you, as the owner, can invite or remove people.
Does the person I share with need to buy the app?
They need bbcam on their iPhone. If they're in your Family Sharing group, they get it free with your purchase. Anyone else, such as a coach, buys their own copy.
I got a new phone. Where are my videos?
Sign in to the same Apple Account and turn on iCloud, then install bbcam. Your players, games and at-bats download from iCloud. Older videos download when you play them.
Why does filming use so much space at first?
The full 240fps recording is large, so bbcam keeps it on the filming phone only for a few days while the much smaller reel is saved and backed up, then removes it.
Can I add a clip from the game's livestream?
Yes. Share the clip to bbcam from your streaming app or Photos, trim it, and attach it to an at-bat. It plays at the end of the reel at regular speed.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
